During the incident, B2B submitters were unable to submit transaction data to SHORT or data and documents to EMMA, SHORT and EMMA subscribers did not receive such data or documents, and there was a delay in the public availability of such data and documents on EMMA. The MSRB took corrective action and resolved the incident. Upon resolution, B2B submitters to SHORT and EMMA were able to make submissions which were then disseminated to subscribers and publicly available on EMMA. |
