Continuing Disclosure Subscription
The MSRB offers two ways for market participants to acquire the MSRB’s market-wide collection of municipal market continuing disclosure documents and related indexing information: through a real-time subscription or a historical data set.
Subscription Service
The Continuing Disclosure Subscription Service provides a real-time data feed of continuing disclosure documents and related information collected by the MSRB. Subscription data and documents are delivered via computer-to-computer data streams utilizing XML files and PDFs. The cost of an annual subscription is $45,000.
Historical Data Product
In addition to the Continuing Disclosure Subscription Service, the MSRB offers a Continuing Disclosure Historical Data Product, which is available for $22,500 for a consecutive 12-month period, plus a one-time $2,000 fee for first-time purchasers of MSRB subscription products. This product consists of the same data set as the Continuing Disclosure Subscription Service, which includes continuing disclosure documents and related indexing information provided to the MSRB since June 1, 2009.
