Natasha A. Holiday
Natasha A. Holiday is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB). She is Chair of the Finance Committee and serves on the Steering Committee. Natasha is Managing Director, Co-Head of Infrastructure East, RBC Capital Markets, where she structures debt and sells bonds in the public markets to raise capital on behalf of large city and state governments to fund public infrastructure. She also serves as a member of RBC’s Municipal Finance Operating Committee and as co-chair of its U.S. Capital Markets Diversity Leadership Council.
Previously, Natasha served as senior managing consultant for Public Financial Management (PFM) and Vice President for financial advisor Scott Balice Strategies (acquired by PFM), having begun her public finance career at Goldman Sachs & Co. She earned her master of public policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and bachelor's degrees in history and political science from Xavier University, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee and chairs the Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Natasha's term with the MSRB Board expires September 30, 2026.
