You have issued municipal bonds and now must begin making required disclosures to investors. Municipal securities issuers are required to provide financial and other information under continuing disclosure agreements for most new offerings of municipal securities to the MSRB via the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA®) website, the official source of municipal securities data and documents. In addition to required disclosures, issuers may want to make voluntary disclosures to keep investors informed.
