NASD Staff to Participate in MSRB/SIFMA Compliance Seminar in Chicago, IL

Mac Northam, Director of Fixed Income Securities Regulation at NASD, will be participating along with members of the MSRB legal staff at the MSRB/SIFMA compliance seminar on Thursday, May 3, 2007, in Chicago, IL. 

The event will be held at W Chicago City Center, 172 West Adams Street, Chicago, IL.  The two-hour seminar will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. The seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community and there is no charge for attending.  CLE credit is anticipated to be available.
