MSRB and RBDA to Hold Municipal Securities Seminar on May 13, 2009

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Regional Bond Dealers Association (RBDA) are pleased to announce that they will be holding a municipal securities seminar on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Madison Hotel, 79 Madison Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee.  Members of the MSRB legal staff will discuss MSRB rules and recent initiatives and will be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.  Public policy issues and current market conditions will also be discussed.  This seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community.  There is no charge for attending; however, pre-registration is required.
