MSRB Roundtable Discussion—Electronic Trading Systems for Municipal Securities: Regulatory Issues
The MSRB’s Roundtable Discussion on regulatory issues arising from electronic trading systems for municipal securities will be held in New York City on May 5, 2000, at the Marriott World Trade Center located at Three World Trade Center. Roundtable panelists will discuss the application of Board rules and other regulations to electronic trading systems. Board rules to be discussed include rules G-13, on quotations, G-17, on fair dealing, G-18, on best execution, G-19, on suitability, and G-30, on fair pricing.
Scheduled panelists include Brandon Becker, Partner, Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering; Robert A. Fippinger, Partner, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe; and Paul Saltzman, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, The Bond Market Association.
