MSRB Files Partial Amendment to Broker’s Brokers Proposal

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) a partial amendment to its broker’s brokers proposal[1] to clarify two portions of Proposed Rule G-43.  View the text of the partial amendment here.

The MSRB also submitted a letter to the SEC in which it responded to comments received on the broker’s brokers proposal.  View the text of the MSRB’s letter here.
