Ernesto A. Lanza has been appointed Associate General Counsel of the Board. Mr. Lanza has served as an Assistant General Counsel with the Board since 1997. Prior to joining the staff of the Board, Mr. Lanza was a public finance attorney at Greenberg, Traurig, Hoffman, Lipoff, Rosen & Quentel in Miami, Florida, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C., and Holland & Knight in Washington, D.C. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1988 and his B.A. degree from Harvard University in 1985.
