Staff
Appointment Carolyn Walsh has been appointed Assistant General Counsel of the Board. Ms. Walsh joined the staff of the Board in September 1998. Prior to joining the staff of the Board, she was an attorney with Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. where she specialized in securities enforcement matters and broker-dealer regulation and compliance. Previously, Ms. Walsh was a litigation associate with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Washington, D.C., a staff attorney with the SEC Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. and a litigation associate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco, California. She received her B.F.A. from New York University School of the Arts and her J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. The Board has published a Rule Book containing the text of Board rules and interpretive notices and letters. It will be published semiannually. The price of the Rule Book is $7.00 and it may be ordered by using the publication order form contained in this issue of MSRB Reports. |
