Complaints Against Any Regulated Entity or Associated Person
Any individual who has reason to believe that an MSRB rule or other federal securities law has been violated by a securities firm, municipal advisor or associated person may file a complaint using the Securities and Exchange Commission's Investor Complaint Form.
Complaints Against Securities Firms or their Associated Persons
Complaints against securities firms or individuals associated with securities firms may be filed using the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's (FINRA's) Investor Complaint Center. An investor who has a dispute with such a firm or individual may be able to file a claim for monetary damages with FINRA's arbitration program.
