Normal business operations hours are subject to the right of the MSRB to make such processes unavailable at certain times, as needed, to ensure the integrity of the MSRB Systems. The MSRB shall provide advance notice, as practicable, of any planned period of unavailability. The MSRB’s Business Continuity Plan governs the MSRB’s response to significant service disruptions to its market transparency systems.
